PrimePath Maths operates a strict NO REFUND policy for all tutoring services, session packages, and educational materials.
All sales are final. Once payment has been processed for any tutoring session, package, or service, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

Extremely Limited Exceptions
Refunds may be considered ONLY in the following exceptional circumstances, at our sole discretion:
1. Company Technical Failure

Persistent technical issues on our end that prevent service delivery

Our inability to provide a suitable replacement tutor
2. Billing Errors

Duplicate charges processed in error

Incorrect amounts charged due to system malfunction

3. Service Non-Delivery

Complete inability to deliver the booked service due to our error

Cancellation Policy
